With demand steadily shifting towards premium and enthusiast-focused machines, these upcoming launches are expected to play a key role in shaping the two-wheeler market in 2026.

The Indian Two-Wheelers Bikes market is entering 2026 on a positive note, driven by rising interest in premium internal-combustion motorcycles, especially in the 300cc–650cc range. While electric scooters continue to grow, January’s launches clearly indicate that adventure and classic ICE motorcycles remain the biggest crowd-pullers.

Most of the upcoming bikes are expected to be priced between ₹1.85 lakh and ₹5.50 lakh (ex-showroom), directly targeting young professionals, touring enthusiasts and experienced riders looking to upgrade.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Twin

Leading the charge is the much-awaited Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Twin, which marks a major step for the iconic Bullet brand. Expected to launch in January 2026 with a starting price of around ₹3.40 lakh, this model blends timeless Bullet styling with modern mechanicals.

Power comes from Royal Enfield’s proven 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing close to 47 hp, offering smooth highway cruising and relaxed city riding. The motorcycle is expected to feature a retro design, updated digital-analogue console and subtle modern touches, while retaining the Bullet’s classic road presence.

KTM 390 Adventure R

Next up is the hardcore KTM 390 Adventure R, a more off-road-focused sibling of the existing 390 Adventure. Expected to debut at major biking events in January 2026, the Adventure R is likely to be priced between ₹3.95 lakh and ₹4.25 lakh.

Powered by the familiar 373cc single-cylinder engine delivering around 45 hp, this version stands out with long-travel suspension (around 230 mm), higher ground clearance, spoked wheels and off-road-friendly ergonomics.

Advanced rider aids such as ride modes, traction control and cornering ABS are also expected. This model is aimed squarely at riders who want serious trail capability without moving to much larger and heavier adventure bikes.

BMW F 450 GS

The premium adventure segment will see a major new entrant with the BMW F 450 GS. Built in India at TVS Motor’s Hosur facility, this motorcycle is expected to launch in January 2026 at an estimated price of ₹4.50 lakh.

The F 450 GS is powered by a 420cc parallel-twin engine, producing around 47 hp and 43 Nm of torque. It is positioned as BMW’s most accessible GS adventure bike, featuring long-travel suspension, a 19-inch front wheel, upright riding posture and strong touring capability. Key highlights are expected to include a 6.5-inch TFT display with navigation, multiple ride modes and cornering ABS.

Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr Bike

European brand Brixton Motorcycles is preparing its India debut with the Crossfire 500 Storr, expected to launch in January 2026 at a price of around ₹5.50 lakh.

The motorcycle features a 500cc engine producing approximately 45 hp, paired with a retro-modern design language. LED lighting, digital instrumentation and premium fit-and-finish are expected highlights.

Positioned as a lifestyle cruiser-tourer, the Crossfire 500 Storr will compete with premium Royal Enfield offerings, appealing to riders looking for something distinctive and less mainstream.
