Built on the brand’s dedicated Heartect-e platform, the electric SUV will be offered with two battery options. Buyers can expect a 49 kWh pack for regular usage and a larger 61 kWh battery that promises a certified driving range of up to 543 kilometres on a single charge. Fast-charging capability will be a key highlight, with DC charging expected to replenish the battery from 10 to 80 percent in around 50 minutes, making it more practical for long-distance users.
Feature-wise, the e Vitara is shaping up to be Maruti’s most technologically advanced car yet. Expected highlights include Level 2 ADAS, a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, a fully digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold. Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift

A Level 2 ADAS package is reportedly under consideration, which would significantly raise the Fronx’s appeal among tech-conscious urban buyers.
More importantly, the updated Fronx could become Maruti Suzuki’s first flex-fuel passenger vehicle in India. With the government actively promoting ethanol-blended fuels, flex-fuel capability would allow the Fronx to run on higher ethanol mixes, reducing dependence on conventional petrol. If introduced successfully, this could position the Fronx as a future-ready compact SUV that bridges the gap between traditional ICE cars and electrified mobility.
